Michael J. Brannigan, Esq.
He graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.S. degree in Philosophy in 1992. He graduated from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas with a Juris Doctorate Degree in 1995.
Mr. Brannigan was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996 and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District in 2001.
His experience includes serving as Assistant State Attorney for the 6th Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County from 1995-2000. As a prosecutor, Mr. Brannigan handled a wide variety of criminal prosecution matters ranging from traffic infractions and DUI’s through to serious felony crimes. As a sole practitioner, Mr. Brannigan represented clients in the areas of criminal defense, personal injury, civil litigation, and family law throughout Hernando, Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties.
Mr. Brannigan joined The Hogan Law Firm in 2006. He practices primarily in the areas of Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation, Family Law Mediation. He is also a member of Inns of Court for Hernando County, a member of the Hillsborough Bar Association and a member of the Hernando County Bar Association.
